UNIONCAL.COM:
Make sure that you never ever send your spam to any of our mail boxes again.
Double check that our domain is never mentioned in your spam databases,
otherwise you will be dealing with the RBL (http://www.mail-abuse.org/rbl/).
RBL listing would cause severe connectivity disruption for your mail and web
servers.
LEVEL3.NET:
Please make sure that your customer stops spamming. This is not the first
instance of spam from them.

Ya tebia ebal v zhopu, pidor
|
Union CAL
Union CAL ;))

Dear Mr. Baber,
It is very unfortunate that we have not heard from you or anyone from UNIONCAL since October 31. We believe the incident was not resolved to
our satisfaction. Mr. Sokolov was abused by the emloyee of your company
from UNIONCAL premises while Mr. ... was attending to his duties. The
fact that there is no communication from UNIONCAL beyond the first acknowledgement makes us believe that UNIONCAL does not condone the
action of its employee. This leaves us no other option but to proceed with
the legal action.
Sincerely,
CEO...

Dear Mr. Barber,
Our IT department have investigated the matter and have confirmed to
me that the message was sent via a hotmail address.
It appears your IT department is misleading you. The abusive e-mail was
not sent through hotmail. It was always clear that it was sent through a free Russian e-mail provider ID.RU. We contacted the owners of ID.RU. They
(ZENON N.S.P. - www.zenon.net, abuse@zenon.net)
confirmed that the e-mail was indeed sent through their server using mailbox panadol@id.ru.
Zenon also confirmed that the source of the message was IP address 212.113.19.40.
This address is owned by your company. Zenon can testify under oath, if necessary.
If an employee has sent such a message they will be severely
disciplined. We have reasons to believe that the perpetrator was a Russian member of
your IT team. The original complaint from Mr. ... to a message from Edward Matveev, which started this all, was sent to addresses
paul.burgess@unioncal.com, postmaster@unioncal.com,
and Saqib.Mir@unioncal.com. The
mail did not reach Mr. Paul Burges,
consequently there are only two people who could have known about the complaint and
could have sent the abusive message. It's either Mr. Saqib Mir or the owner of
the postmaster mailbox. My guess is that the latter was the perpetrator.
Postmaster mailbox is usually answered by the IT department. Under these
curcumstances, it is clear that the investigation of the incident by your
IT department cannot be trusted.
Sincerely,
...

Dear Mr ...
Without prejudice
My IT department did not mislead me they said it was an Internet email system like hotmail. So that was my interpretation.
We do not have a Russian member of our IT team we have one secretary who
speaks and writes Russian. In addition we also have a Russian intern
who
is currently at the Manchester Business school, who is over here on a sponsorship. Other than that we do not hav e any Russian speakers.
Mr Mir does not speak Russian so we do not believe it can be him.

Dear Mr. Barber,
Mr Mir does not speak Russian so we do not believe it can be him.
The advertising sent from Mr. Mir's e-mail box was written and signed by a
Russian person. Consequently, there is a Russian speaker who had access to Mr. Mir's e-mail account and could have red the complaint and sent the
abusive e-mail.
There is no doubt that the abusive e-mail originated at UNIONCAL. The
attachment contains a message from Zenon administration (in Russian) where
they indicate clearly that the abusive e-mail originated at 212.113.19.40.
That address belongs to your company.
Sincerely,
CEO ...

Dear Mr ...
Without prejudice
We are not denying that access to the Russian hotmail account came from us.
It did not come from Union Cal's email. So we can not take responsibility for
what someone sends you in private. Naturally you may have an action against
that person.
If it is the Russian intern he will be disciplined and asked to send an
apology.
